Consultation

Book a Consultation.

We look at your business first: how you make money, where customers come from and where your team loses time. Then you get a plan: what to build, what to skip, the build cost and the timeline.

What we review

  • 01

    How you make money

Your offer, your best customers and what a good customer is worth to you.

  • 02

    Where customers come from

Your website, referrals, ads, portals, WhatsApp and anything else that brings enquiries.

  • 03

    Where the team loses time

The manual work that repeats: copying data, chasing follow-ups, answering the same questions.

What you get

  • What to build, and why.
  • What to skip, including when you don't need new software.
  • The build cost and the timeline.

Not ready to pick a time? Send a written brief instead.

What happens after you book

The Consultation is a conversation about your business, not a sales pitch. By the end, you know what is worth building, what is not, and what it would take.

Before the call.

We read what you sent with your booking and look at your website, so the call starts with your business, not with introductions.

On the call.

You walk us through how the business runs. We ask how you make money, where customers come from and where the team loses time.

After the call.

You get the plan in writing: what to build, what to skip, the build cost and the timeline. If the honest answer is that you don't need new software, the plan says so.

Then you decide.

There is no follow-up sequence and no pressure. If you go ahead, the plan becomes the brief for the Build step. If not, the plan is still yours to keep.

Common questions

Who runs the Consultation?
Manav Bajaj, who founded Naavim Labs and runs the studio. You speak with the person who would plan the work.
What should I prepare?
Your website, if you have one, and a plain description of what you want to change. Figures such as enquiries per month help, but the Consultation works without them.
What if I don't know what I need yet?
That is what the Consultation is for. Many people arrive with a problem, not a project, and leave with a clear next step.
What if I don't need anything built?
Then we tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need new software, and we say so.
Where does it happen?
On a video call, so it works wherever you are.
Am I signed up for anything by booking?
No. You are not added to any sequence. If we don't hear from you afterwards, we take that as your decision.
What happens if I go ahead?
The plan becomes the brief for the Build step. We agree the scope with you before any work starts.
