Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Naavim Labs LLP (“Naavim Labs”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Gurugram, Haryana. This policy explains how we handle personal data you provide through naavimlabs.com.

If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@naavimlabs.com and we’ll clarify in plain English.

We only collect what you give us directly through the site’s forms and tools:

• Contact & audit forms - name, email, phone (optional), company, role, website URL, service interest, budget, timeline, and the message you write.
• Newsletter - email address only.
• Free AI tools (Automation Advisor, Conversion Autopsy) - email, the answers you submit, and the URL you ask us to analyse.
• Email engagement - if you open or click a link in an email we send, our email providers record that event so we can tell whether our messages are landing.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (financial, biometric, health, political). Please don’t send it to us - if you do, we’ll delete it on sight.

• To reply to your enquiry or deliver the tool result you asked for.
• To send a short, relevant follow-up sequence (typically 5–7 emails over 21 days). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop immediately when you use it.
• To run the AI analysis you requested (the result is emailed to you and stored so we can recall it if you ask).
• To keep internal records of leads and conversations for our own operations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train public AI models.

We use a small, named set of service providers. They process data on our behalf only:

• Supabase - database (form submissions, email-engagement events, tool results). Data is stored on managed PostgreSQL in Supabase’s infrastructure.
• Brevo and Resend - transactional and marketing email delivery. They see your email address and the contents of messages we send you.
• Google Cloud / Vertex AI (Gemini) - the AI model that powers our free tools. The URL and answers you submit are sent to Gemini via Google’s Vertex AI API for analysis. Google states Vertex AI customer inputs are not used to train its models.
• Vercel - hosting for the website and its server functions.

We don’t run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers on naavimlabs.com. The only cookies we set are short-lived session cookies for the admin dashboard and for authenticating tool access - visitors don’t encounter them.

If we add analytics later, we’ll update this page and add a consent prompt where applicable.

• Lead and form data: kept while you’re an active prospect or client, then archived.
• Unsubscribed and blacklisted emails: kept indefinitely in a suppression list so we don’t accidentally email you again.
• Tool results: kept so we can resend them to you on request.

Email us any time at contact@naavimlabs.com to ask for earlier deletion.

Under applicable Indian data protection law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it’s wrong.
• Delete it (we’ll keep a suppression record so we don’t re-contact you).
• Stop marketing emails - use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
• Receive a copy of what you’ve submitted, in a portable format.

Send requests to contact@naavimlabs.com from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.

Our database and application access are restricted to authenticated team members, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and secrets are stored in managed secret storage. No online service is 100% secure, so we don’t promise that - but we take reasonable industry measures and investigate anything suspicious quickly.

The site is intended for professional / business use. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please tell us and we’ll delete it.

This policy and any dispute arising from it is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We’ll update this page if our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
