Why we build per vertical instead of per feature
A lead system is not generic software. What counts as a lead, how fast you are allowed to chase it, and what you are permitted to say in the message all change with the profession. Six of these differ enough that we build them as separate playbooks rather than one product with settings.
The rules are not the same
A chartered accountant advertising under ICAI norms and a D2C brand running WhatsApp broadcasts are not doing the same job with different copy. Advocates work under Bar Council restrictions on solicitation. Clinics carry patient-data obligations that a retail brand does not. Real estate developers work under RERA disclosure rules. Building one system and hiding the differences behind a toggle is how compliance problems get shipped.
The stack is not the same either
Practice management software, hospital systems, CRM choices and channel mix vary by profession, so each playbook integrates with what that vertical already runs rather than asking a practice to move. The point is that the system arrives inside the tools your team already opens every morning.
What stays constant
Every vertical gets the same spine: capture the enquiry wherever it lands, respond in minutes rather than days, qualify before a human spends time on it, and keep the follow-up going until there is an answer either way. The fourteen-day build window and the fixed price are the same across all six. What changes is the wording, the channel, the integrations and the guardrails.
If your vertical is not listed
These six are simply the ones we have shipped often enough to promise a timeline for. The underlying system is not exclusive to them. If you run something else and the problem sounds familiar — enquiries arriving faster than anyone can answer them — the conversation is the same one, it just starts a step earlier.
