Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of naavimlabs.com (the “Site”) and the free tools, content, and services offered on it by Naavim Labs LLP (“Naavim Labs”, “we”), a limited liability partnership registered in India. By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site is our company website and a lead-generation surface for our consulting and build services (web development, AI automations, branding, digital marketing, UX strategy, content production). Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement - not these terms.

The Site also hosts free tools (currently: the Automation Advisor and the Conversion Autopsy) that produce AI-generated analyses based on inputs you provide.

• The tools are free and provided on an “as is” basis. Output is generated by large language models (Google Gemini via Vertex AI) and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Treat it as a starting point, not professional advice.
• We rate-limit tool usage (typically one analysis per email, per tool) to keep costs manageable and to prevent scraping.
• Do not submit confidential information, credentials, secrets, or personal data of third parties. The URL and answers you submit are processed by our infrastructure and the AI provider described in our Privacy Policy.
• Tool results are emailed to you. We may cache results so we can retrieve them if you ask.

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise try to extract data from the Site beyond intended use.
• Submit information you don’t have a legal right to submit, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Use the tools to target a third party’s site without their permission for anything beyond legitimate benchmarking.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate someone else or submit a fake email address to access a tool.

We may suspend access, block IPs, or delete submitted data if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

The Site’s design, copy, brand assets, code, case studies, and content are owned by Naavim Labs or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may read and share public content with attribution, but you can’t republish, resell, or use our brand assets without written permission.

You own what you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of providing the requested service or tool result and for internal operational purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

The Site, the tools, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naavim Labs, its partners, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or the tools. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the free Site and tools is limited to INR 1,000. Paid engagements are governed by the liability terms in the signed agreement.

The Site may link to third-party sites or embed their content. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

If you submit a form or use a tool, we may send follow-up emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing ends marketing emails immediately; we may still send transactional messages related to requests you’ve made.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the tools at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these terms or are using the Site in a way that harms us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these terms. The revised version is effective as soon as it’s posted. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
