Ready to Stop Doing It Manually?
We'll Build the Automation.

This tool gives you the roadmap. We provide the full implementation - from tool setup to testing - so your workflows run reliably without manual babysitting.

How the automation advisor works

Most teams know something in their week is wasteful without being able to name it. The advisor asks the questions a consultant would ask in a first meeting, then writes back the thing a consultant would charge for: which workflow to fix first, what it is costing now, and what the first version looks like.

It starts from your industry, not a template

The first questions establish what kind of business you run and how big the team is, because the same complaint means different things in a clinic, a chartered accountancy practice and a D2C brand. The benchmarks it compares you against are chosen from that, so the hours it quotes back are for businesses shaped like yours.

It quantifies the pain before proposing anything

Every recommendation is anchored to an estimate of what the current process costs in hours per month. That number is the whole argument. An automation that saves two hours a month is not worth building, and the advisor will say so rather than sell you a project.

The roadmap is phased, and phase one needs no code

The plan comes back in stages. The first stage is deliberately constrained to things you can put in place without a developer — connecting tools you already pay for, changing where a form goes, automating a handoff that is currently someone remembering. Later phases are where custom building earns its place.

You can take it and leave

The roadmap is yours. It is written to be handed to whoever you like, including your own team. We publish it free because the businesses that read it and act on it are the ones worth working with later, not because it is a lead form wearing a costume.

Common questions

What do I get at the end?
A written roadmap: which of your workflows are worth automating, roughly what each one costs you in hours today, and a phased plan that starts with the changes you can make without writing code.
How long does the conversation take?
About five to ten minutes. It asks about your industry, your team size and the work that keeps landing back on someone's desk. The more concrete your answers, the more specific the roadmap.
Do I need to know what automation I want?
No. Most people arrive knowing only that something takes too long. Describing the annoying part in ordinary words is enough — naming the workflow is the advisor's job, not yours.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. There is no human on the other end and nothing is booked automatically. The roadmap is written to be useful whether you build it yourself, hand it to your own developer, or ask us.
Does the first phase need developers?
It is written not to. Phase one is always scoped so a non-technical owner can ship it. Custom work, if it is worth doing at all, sits in later phases where the payoff justifies it.
