What happens on the call

Thirty minutes, on video, with the person who would actually run the work. It is a fit conversation, not a pitch. By the end you should know whether we are the right people for your problem, and you should be able to tell us if we are not.

The first ten minutes are you talking

We want the problem in your words before we say anything about how we would solve it: what is breaking, how long it has been breaking, what you have already tried, and what happens to the business if it stays broken for another quarter. Most of the useful information is in that last question and almost nobody volunteers it.

Then we tell you what we think, including when it is nothing

If what you need is a two-hour configuration change in software you already pay for, we will say so on the call and you can go and do it. Turning down work that does not need us is cheaper for everyone than discovering it four weeks into a project.

You leave with a number and a shape

If it is a fit, you get a rough price band and a rough timeline before the call ends. Not a formal proposal — that comes after, in writing — but enough that you are not waiting a week to learn whether this is a two-lakh problem or a twenty-lakh one.

No deck, no discovery fee, no follow-up sequence

There are no slides. You are not enrolled in anything by booking. If we do not hear from you afterwards, that is a decision and we treat it as one.

Common questions

How long is the call?
Thirty minutes. If we finish in fifteen because it is obviously not a fit, we will end it in fifteen rather than fill the slot.
Who will I be speaking to?
Manav Bajaj, who runs the studio. Not a salesperson, and not someone who then hands you to a stranger if you sign.
Do I need anything prepared?
Your website URL and a plain description of what is not working. If you have numbers — enquiries per month, how many you convert, how long a reply takes — bring them, but the call works without them.
Is the call free?
Yes, and there is no discovery fee afterwards either. You pay when there is a scoped piece of work you have agreed to.
What if I am just researching?
That is a fine reason to book. Plenty of these calls end with a recommendation and no project, which is how we would rather it went than a project that should not have started.
