All metrics measured over the first 6 months post-launch across organic social and paid channels, tracked via Meta Business Suite and internal attribution.
The Challenge
Bloom & Berry had a strong product line but no content system. Posts went out whenever someone had time. The visual identity drifted week to week. Paid campaigns had nothing consistent to amplify.

What We Actually Built

Content Production Calendar
Monthly editorial calendar with color-coded content types, platform distribution, and a production kanban.

Brand Identity Refresh
Clean beauty brand system with logo variations, a pastel palette, packaging mockups, and social templates.
The Challenge
Bloom & Berry made good skincare. Clean ingredients. Thoughtful formulations. Packaging that deserved to be seen. Their content told a different story.
Posts went out whenever someone had a spare hour. The tone flipped between playful and clinical depending on who wrote the caption. Visual styles clashed week to week. The brand looked like three different companies depending on which day you found them.
With no consistent content identity, paid ads had nothing solid to amplify. The CPM was fine. The creative was the problem. Customer acquisition cost kept climbing. The follower count stalled at 12K, a number that had not moved for eight months.
They did not need more content. They needed a system.
Our Approach
We rebuilt Bloom & Berry's content operation from the strategy layer down. Brand first. Then the production engine that would run it.
1. Brand Identity Refresh
Before touching any content, we locked the brand. Clean beauty does not mean bland. We built a visual identity that felt warm, intentional, and premium without crossing into clinical. Custom logo variations, a five-color pastel palette with strict usage rules, updated typography, and packaging mockup guidelines gave the team a single source of truth to work from.
2. Content Strategy and Editorial Planning
We mapped the full content mix: educational skincare posts, product highlights, user-generated reposts, influencer collabs, and seasonal campaigns. Each content type got its own template set, tone guide, and posting cadence. A monthly editorial calendar locked in themes and shoot schedules four weeks in advance. Last-minute scrambles ended.
3. Production System Build
- 60+ social media templates across Reels, carousels, static posts, and Stories. All on-brand. All production-ready in Canva.
- Batch production workflow: one shoot day per month feeds four weeks of content.
- Instagram API integration for scheduled publishing and analytics.
- Influencer kit with approved assets, usage rights guidelines, and a brief template for gifting campaigns.
4. Paid Amplification Framework
With consistent creative in place, we built a Meta Ads testing framework that cycled winning organic posts into paid campaigns. The best organic content became the paid creative. No separate production budget needed.
The Results
Within six months of launching the content system:
- Content output increased 4x, from roughly 8 posts per month to 32+ across platforms
- Social engagement jumped 280%, driven by consistent posting and on-brand creative
- 12K followers grew to 85K, with organic growth compounded by influencer activations using the new kit
- Customer acquisition cost dropped 35% once paid campaigns had strong creative to work with
The Bloom & Berry team now runs the content engine internally. The system handles everything from shoot planning to publishing. It scales without adding headcount.

CLIENT SAYS:
“We had a great product and zero idea how to show it. Naavim Labs built us a content engine that basically runs itself. Our following grew 7x and we're spending less to acquire each customer. That's the dream.”
