NovaBuild Technologies sells construction materials and tools to contractors across India. Their existing Magento-based e-commerce site was a disaster:
- 8-second average page load time. Impatient buyers left.
- 78% cart abandonment rate. The checkout flow was 7 steps long.
- Broken mobile experience. 65% of their traffic is mobile.
- No search functionality. 2,000+ products with no way to find anything.
