[ HOW WE PRICE ]
Every package is a fixed scope with a written proposal. The price range on each card narrows to a single quote after a 30-minute call, and the payment schedule is set out in that proposal. Third-party costs such as WhatsApp API fees, software subscriptions, and ad spend are paid on your own accounts. Steady Pilot runs month to month after a 3-month minimum, and hours beyond the 15 included are billed at ₹2,000/hr.

Each card on this page lists the deliverables word for word from our package sheet. Launch Sprint is a 5-page site with lead capture. Growth Engine adds WhatsApp, email, and CRM automation. AI Transformation is the full stack including a custom AI agent and two AI tools. Steady Pilot is up to 15 hours of monthly work with a strategy call. Anything not listed is out of scope and quoted separately.
Launch Sprint takes 5 to 7 business days. Growth Engine takes 14 to 21 business days. AI Transformation takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. Steady Pilot is ongoing with a minimum 3-month commitment. Timelines start once we have your content, logins, and assets.

Yes. We work with clients in India, the US, the UK, and the EU. International clients are invoiced in USD and we schedule calls in your working hours. Third-party costs such as WhatsApp API fees or software subscriptions are paid directly by you on your own accounts.
Small clarifications are absorbed. Anything that adds pages, channels, integrations, or tools gets a short written change note with the added cost and time before we build it. You approve it or we keep to the original scope. Nothing is added to the invoice without your sign-off.
