Every template is reviewed against the NMC Code of Ethics 2002 (as amended) and the DCI advertising guidelines. The audit deliverable includes a compliance memo for your practice manager, and we explicitly disable any template that could be read as solicitation.
  • How is patient data protected on WhatsApp under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023?
    WhatsApp Business API uses end-to-end encryption in transit, and we deploy on a Meta-certified BSP (WATI, Interakt, AiSensy or Gallabox depending on your scale), all of which are GDPR and DPDP-Act 2023-aligned. We collect explicit opt-in at first message, store the minimum patient metadata needed for routing (name, mobile, service category, preferred slot), retain conversation history only for the period needed for clinical continuity, and the LLM intake runs on a zero-retention contract via Vertex AI. Sensitive clinical detail is never sent to a third-party LLM, and the consent log is exportable for DPDP audit on demand.
