The Growth Engine sits in front of your CRM, not behind it: your RMs continue working in whatever interface they are trained on, while WhatsApp capture, AI qualification and follow-up nudges happen invisibly in the background. We never force a CRM migration as a precondition of the engagement, and we will tell you on the audit call if your current CRM is the real bottleneck.
  • Are the WhatsApp templates RERA-compliant for Indian developers?
    Yes. We use Meta-approved utility and transactional templates for booking confirmations, site-visit reminders and the mandatory RERA project-registration disclosures. Marketing templates are triggered only by inbound enquiries. We never cold-broadcast to a list. Every disclosure is logged with timestamp, recipient ID, project RERA number and the exact disclosure version delivered, exportable in the format your compliance partner needs for the half-yearly RERA filing and any future audit query from the state authority.
  • How does this integrate with 99acres and MagicBricks lead delivery?
    Both portals deliver leads via webhook or scheduled email digest depending on your subscription tier with each portal.     Yes, with structure. Inbound WhatsApp enquiries are implicit opt-in under Meta's policy: the user initiated contact, so utility and marketing replies for 24 hours are allowed inside the conversation window. Outside that 24-hour window we use only Meta-approved utility templates (booking confirmations, site-visit reminders, RERA disclosures), the legally safe lane that the Indian Telecom Regulatory Authority has not objected to. Cold outbound marketing templates to unsolicited numbers are forbidden by Meta and we do not run them.
  • How long is the AI follow-up sequence and can we customise it per project?
    Default is 21 days across 7 touchpoints: brochure delivery, RERA disclosure, site-visit ask, day-before reminder, post-visit follow-up, booking-amount nudge and a final re-engagement. Each touchpoint and the cadence are fully project-specific.
